Sorry Nereffid! After reading your histories, though, surely you could fit "find out what the chant and troubador music originally sounded like" before your misappropriation mission.

I use neo-classical in my collection, so I have no issue with it, but it's not my area as much as it is yours so I don't have the same rang issue.
I guess I'm in favor of it, though.

I'm in favor of line cutting in this instance, but it's up to kez.

I gave up on The Walking Dead just before the winter finale this year. The writing and acting are just so awful, I want to shoot most of the characters myself. Basically the only character I like is Daryl. Although after hearing who died last nig…

No issues here. I'll fix the links, kez.

Fascinating, GP. The portion of Retromania I read last night was about the growth of the use of "curate" to refer to things associated with music e.g. concerts, compilations, etc. If memory serves, it wasn't until Sonic Youth started using it in t…

I like Firefox, but have also had it crash more than it should. My wife uses Chrome and loves it. (Yes we use different browsers on the same computer at home.)

Kez - Just got back on the computer after doing some upgrades to my laptop yesterday and just want to clarify what you intend on the Campbell pieces. It appears to me that you want the review posted first and then the discography later? I assume i…

Yeah, not necessarily a bad thing, and Reynolds makes that clear. In fact, he loves it.

Oh, man...two college professors asking me for a book report? Guess I better.

For some reason I've never read any Atwood, even though my wife has told me a couple times she's right up my alley. I should probably correct that at some point.
Still reading Retromania, and it is incredibly interesting. There's a who… -

Thank you sir! I'll spend $2.99 to see what I actually think of the Lana Del Rey album.

Done. And the new one is posted. Fantastic as always, Nereffid!

Isn't that who MiG is following? I just don't think Tyler, the Creator is following us. Although it would be hilarious.

Were else can you tracks like "Gary's Got a Boner" and "Sixteen Blue" back-to-back?

So far Retromania is enjoyable. Much more academic than I expected as it even looks at the history of terms like nostalgia and archive and such.

Beats from...Amie?....I assume? Excellent Friday music regardless.
Thanks guys. I also went through a long bout with illness, so hopefully I'm ready to get back on the horse too.
I set Nereffid's to go up today to break of the string of GP articles, and have GP's scheduled for Monday. I do think the M…
