I've had isolated problems downloading from AMZ, and once even from iTunes. Guess what, you call or e-mail them, they treat you like a customer trying to make a purchase, and fix the problem.
And of course now in both cases, if you have…elwood, haven't had a chance to listen to the Krayolas yet, but looking forward to it.
