I suspect those 4 ECM albums, are part of the proliferation of illegal downloads.
As for their catalogue being available on streaming services, maybe I'll give one of the free trials a go, but somehow I doubt it.

Finally got around to listening to this Erased Tapes collection from a few months …The earlier stage of the beta only had US prices - so we all saw prices in $ at that stage.

Had a little look at the beta site. To me it looks to be quite some distance from feature complete, with even some quite basic things missing - such as getting from an artist page in 'my music' to that artist's page in 'browse music'.
