He was supposed to play in town with Nick Lowe tonight. Came out a few hours ago that he wouldn't be there due to a hospitalization. Then just a couple hours later he had passed.

So, 144 hours in a 24 hour day...let's say you sleep and occasionally don't listen, so we'll guess an average of 12 hours of actual listening per day. That means during those 12 hours you are listening to 12 different things. Sounds cacophonous.Yeah, I'm pretty sure GP was being sarcastic.

Was on sale today at Amazon, so I figured I'd take the opportunity to get the biggest album of the year. It's okay.I was lucky enough to see Roky Erickson earlier this year. Such a fun concert. Everyone was in such a good mood just to be in his presence.
