Very cool, kez!
I'll make the changes to your other article when I get a chance.

It's back on Sunday. Finally.

Interesting, choiceweb. Not just for the books, but the musicians. It's rare to come with that many I've never heard of.
Craig -
Totally not worth it. I paid the $2.99 or whatever that google had it for recently, and was barely worth that. A couple good songs, but the rest are worthless.

I had a feeling my confusion was to be expected.

Thanks GP! I'll give it a shot.

That's a good plan too jonahpwll. If it weren't that I would love to review pretty much anything a couple particular labels put out, I'd start that way. As it is, I think it behooves me to work label to artist at this point.

greg - On first listen the Choir of Young Believers is a good album.

GP - I know you're out of the country at the moment, but when you get back could you give me a quick rundown on how you went about contacting labels for reviews? I want to try the same thing, and since you had success I figured I should stand on yo…

Latest single from my beloved Wierd label.
How could I leave that out BN!?!

It's surprising to me how much different this is than her last album with Frankie Rose and the Outs. It's still indie … -
Having to wait for it to appear on mtraks makes sense to me, though. It's having it be available only on mtraks (to my knowledge) that I'm intrigued by. Especially having it on mtraks basically 3 months before Amazon will get it (like the IAMDYNAM…

I'm saving mine for the 'Whirling Dervish' trucker hat.

I didn't think you felt under appreciated. My statement about enjoying your articles was meant (in a roundabout manner) to express that while your writing is in a different genre, I still love to read it.
You're quite right with the mou… -
Nereffid and kez - There may not be much classical/folk outside of your works, but yours are some my favorite reads thus far. In fact, I found myself the other day dreading the fact that there are only a couple more posts in the History of Classica…

Separate issue from my last post:
My cousin is working on the graphic design for the blog and asked me to provide a few visuals that I like. I already gave him some of amclark2's work, but does anyone else have something in mind that sh… -
I glad you're running the Tweets, jonah. I wouldn't have the slightest thought to mention things in the Tweet like...well...me. It's fun to get an e-mail saying "... mentioned you in a Tweet!"

Love the MiG links, GP!
On a non-hijack note, that is not only actual discussion about music, but reasoned discussion!

jonah - Makes sense. I know next to nothing about the Koppels, though, so that wouldn't be my baby.

Another potential interview has presented itself through higaru. MB's occasional collaborator Daniel Dorobantu (Thy Veils) is wondering if we'd give his music a listen and potentially do an interview. I can certainly take a listen, but wanted to t…

Hey jonah, I was thinking...what are the odds you could leverage the contact from Koppel into an interview?

Listening to Rinbo now, and it is great. The Japanese monster influence is clear, and fits with the overall Makunouchi Bento feel fantastically.
Cheers, Felix!

Definitely spam. I nuked it.

Craig -
Ha! That is pretty cool that you got quoted from two different places.
