This actually reminds me of something I saw on eMu just recently, which I suspect is somewhat common, though I don't personally see much point in people doing it. Have a look at the artist page for Ricky Four. This person/group released, within a 7-day period, three "albums" entitled Porno Sex Music, Gay Sex Music, and XXX F*ck Music. These three albums are identical to each other in every way, other than their titles.
It occurred to me that this may be a kind of social-behavior experiment, to make some sort of point about modern consumerism based on which of the three titles sold the most downloads. But that's silly and stupid, isn't it? It's far more likely that the person behind this thinks he/she will sell more downloads by "covering all the bases," title-wise. And yet I'd be shocked to learn that anyone ever pays anything to download any of this (unspeakably bad) material at all.
Meanwhile, I seriously doubt that any royalties are being paid to the songwriters, not that the amount of sales would justify any action against the offender(s) if that is in fact the case.
I guess what really bothers me about this is that it makes me feel like a stupid-ass tool for liking porno sex music in the first place. Not to mention the fact that apparently there are people who feel that porno sex music and gay sex music are exactly the same thing - if I were gay, which I'm not, I'd be really offended by this.
