    Interesting and not surprising that major labels freak out and drag their feet. I always wonder though, how well streaming can work on a cellular network.

    I've used Slacker, Pandora, WunderRadio, and Digitally Imported and all have worked very well. The only challenge with any of them is how much to they buffer the stream so that any service hiccups are handled smoothly. As an AT&T customer service hiccups are a regular occurrence.

    Streaming on my phone works as well as on my laptop.

    Okay thanks guys. I just have a semi smart phone that does very slow and basic web browsing, email, no apps to speak of. I do though have an Ipod Touch that can do Wi Fi and have streamed some content at home at sometimes at a coffee shop, but find it has trouble in keeping up in a public Wi Fi space.
