I've never heard of Oskorri, but they've been playing Basque traditional music for the past 30 years. I just happened to come across them when I decided to see what's new over at emusic. I'm really impressed with these sound clips -

Thanks Kez. Listening to a live set (The Pub Ibiltaria 13) on Spotify. There are dozens of albums there. They sound like the Chieftains of Basque music.
