Did a couple of searches and found a couple of threads about individual music videos, but not a general one. The music video has gradually turned into a genuine art form rather than just a promo thing. And its release no longer necessarily coincides at all with the release of the music - the video can be a release in itself as it were. So I'm starting this thread to post videos that are really worth seeing. I'll kick off with an interesting new one that just appeared based on a song from a Pjusk album from a little while back:

For anyone interested in the geeky side of electronic music, I had fun watching this by Ian Boddy despite understanding barely a single word he said. (And the problem was not the Yorkshire accent)

- He has a long history in the outer limits / avantgarde / experimental field.

After much speculation, 4AD can confirm that Scott Walker will release Bish Bosch this December, his first studio album since 2006’s The Drift.

Scott began writing new material around 2009 - whilst also scoring the ROH 2’s Duet For One Voice ballet - recording it sporadically over the following three years. The end result is Bish Bosch, a tauter but more colourful experience than The Drift, with greater emphasis on processed, abrasive guitars, digital keyboards and thick silences.

Bish Bosch is released on December 3rd / 4th on Double LP, CD and download.

Very striking video to accompany a recent release by offthesky. It's a reworking of this original video. I like the moodiness of the offthesky version, though the original is closely meshed with its music too - which on closer inspection I see is by Nils Frahm!
