I haven't even listened to all of these once yet, let along properly. But in the jazz I really enjoy the Kenny Burrell, the Oscar Peterson (especially the various guest sessions), the Ornette Coleman and the Ben Webster. In ambient/experimental the Cello + Laptop and the Mark Harris are excellent and I've Lost is good too. Jordi Savall is great. Plenty of other stuff I enjoyed. I still have a hundred Guvera credits - keep telling me what you found.
