find the square like icon with sort of a bend upper right corner (right next to the "chain icon" (link)
Here you can upload an image (browse) or paste an image url at the buttom line and hit space
- or copy image and paste it directly into the comment window:

ETA: Ok, if you by trim means resizing, it is only possible in Firefox:

Oh yes, another tip, if you want to paste image or text into an empty comment window, you need to hit space first (or write something)
