    It is just recently I learned about the existence of Avram because of my interest in Chris Cutler. What a remarkable and unique musicmaker she was.

    - And strangely, it is only a few days ago I listened to these two albums:

    This news is especially sad and surprising.
    I've loved her work for the past 25+ years and
    was always looking forward to hearing new compositions by her.
    A few years ago, we had some discussions concerning notation and software.
    An amazing talent gone at such a young age.
