Survey Says...
Looks like maybe there has been a bit of an exodus and it's starting to hurt the bottom line. On my secondary account, which I reopened in June for a 75 free offer and closed just as quickly, I got a "Why did you leave eMusic?" survey. I have no faith it will change anything, but it was interesting to not a few of the options (I'm not interested in major labels/new price plan confusing/price in general.) Most interesting was the "What would it take to get you back" section. Maybe someone has been reading the message boards.

the what would it take to get me back question made me pause - how do you tell someone "i'd come back if you had been honest with us"?
yeah, emusic was not a company in my mind up until they unilaterally decided to behave like one. they lost something very few ever attain...goodwill, loyalty - was it worth it?
That's exactly what I said (almost word for word) when I got that survey on a secondary account that I closed in June as well.
