The Daily Download Freebie

Does someone still keep an archive of the daily download freebie (which I still cannot see once I log in)

There was one I wanted to get earlier this week. I don't remember anything about it other than it was tagged in the electronic genre and it was a smoothed out (languid) funky kind of number.

I tried to snag it but my trusty download mangler crapped out on me. They were kind enough to credit me a download so thought I would go back and find it.

And yet again today I would like to snag the daily download but when I log in it simply gives me the oops page.

For those that keep track of this sort of thing, apparently I had managed to download that Green Tea song for the daily download because there was a check mark on the download icon so I was able to download it for free. However, when I re-downloaded it my checkmark disappeared and I apparently will not be able to download it for free again in the future. I don't know if this applies only to the free daily download or to me specifically but apparently the new policy of only one free re-download has been put into full effect.

I've found it more or less impossible to download the freebie for a couple of months or so, it doesn't matter if I'm signed in or not, which computer I'm using or from wherever, it makes no difference. I did get the Felix Da Housecat track recently for no obvious reason, I was signed in.

But.....should I ever manage to get them on a regular basis it's useful to know that I'll only get the 1 re-download chance.

Today's free track at Amazon is a track from Buddy Guy's forthcoming album with BB King. A few days ago they did a track from Dylan's new bootleg installment, so perhaps this means the SotD will be used for promotion of up-coming releases.
