My longtime friend's band just released an EP, aeroplane, that channels later day Hüsker Dü and provides a nice soundtrack to an aging punk glancing behind but keeping eyes forward. Greg, which some of you might recognize from Joe Frawley's Daughters of Industry album, has been grinding it out on the east coast music scene for the better part of two decades. brothers & sisters is a return to a more traditional power trio offering up a wall of sound backfilled with highlights of jangle. Sure, I'm biased but I cannot think of a better way to drop $2 on an all around good guy.

Yeah, unfortunately that is a similarly named yet different band. :-/ aeroplane is their only release to date.
