Best part is I was listening to my new Maya Beiser album when I read the article, and it was getting me "high" at the same time. Especially the cover of Kashmir which is freakin' amazing.

    So that TV news report was really on the level? I kept waiting for the punchline. That video would be a good basic intelligence test...for example, those who take it seriously could be made ineligible to vote. The kids who make those videos, especially the ones of themselves "freaking out," should be so pleased of themselves.

    It certainly seems to be real. I kept expecting the punchline too, but sadly it never came. The folks involved have apparently never heard of the placebo effect.

    Yeah, dude, I've been to see those Monks and some pretty trippy s**t happened, I'm telling you. They're really, really nice though, even though some of them did have kind of mischievous grins.
