Cheap/used classical CDs in NYC?

We're heading stateside soon to visit Mrs Nereffid's folks in Connecticut, and I think it's time to make a CD foraging trip to New York.
Any suggestions for good sources of used or otherwise cheap classical CDs in the city? I'm not looking for anything in particular, so by "good" I suppose I mean anywhere with a big selection.

    do not (emphasis where no mark-up language has gone before) buy anything on or off the street in chinatown. it will sound like you are listening to the symphony from the lap of a 17 year-old's videocam.

    also, do not go to the carnegie deli. you can't choke down that amount of corned beef.
