Farmers Markets

Been out of work since March, kind of by choice, did get laid off.
We have been doing the nursery biz and vegetable gardening.
So, I've been selling at farmers markets both around Fort Hood.
Have met a diverse group of people. Old ladies that squeeze the tomatoes, Old ladies that want the cucumbers to be just the right shape and size?
Retired GI's, a very few of whom served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. they have got to be the luckiest people in the world
as far as still being alive and here. Met some current Gi's that have been to Iraq and Afghanistan 3 times.
but the best person met was the paranoid schizophrenic prostitute. I kind of and deep down really do feel sorry for her.
I know a lot about her,
the fact that she's on disability for the schizophrenia
she's 26, (I don't know you look 28 29?)
she's a prostitute ( What do you do as far as work goes? what does it look like I do? Well, she had on a knit top and plaid capri pants ( after she told me I could see she didn't have any under clothes or wasn't wearing any then)
gets $735.00 a month for the disability
smokes cause God made it so it's not really a drug
makes $1,000.00 sometimes in a day ( no offense but she didn't look like julia roberts in las vegas)
not gonna get sick thanks to condoms ( i hope so)
the real kicker was when she raised her top like I was gonna throw her some beads and said do I look fat?
I spent a lot of time looking at the ground that day
