Annual Auto-renews

I wasn't aware that my annual account was going to auto renew when it expired. Well, it did. Now I'm hoping I can get a refund because I really don't want another year of eMusic.

So consider this a PSA. Don't assume that when your year is up, your annual subscription will just end. Apparently it doesn't. *sigh*

    It's been implied in exchanges I've had with CS that within the first two months that something can be done. I suspect this has something to do with possible pressure from credit card companies.

    Yeah I emailed CS and got the "one time courtesy" refund. Gee, thanks.

    You may be right about the credit card companies applying pressure. I found out about the renewal because Capitol One's fraud department had flagged it as suspicious. Lol.

    Seems like some poetic justice that Capitol One has EM flagged as suspicious.
