Hi Rod, I've been listening to both versions of the death and resurrection of Christ that you sent me. Thanks again for that and indeed the rather splendid Penderecki at 80 collection. Reason for the mail is that I can't seem to find any details online regarding the version conducted by the man himself. Do you have any? Just my curiosity is all. Hope all is well. Best Dave H.

Not my normal Monday morning listening but discovered wrongly filed (i.e. under the conductor's name) on my notorious back-up to the back-up drive. The Great Phil Lesh - RIP to the avantgarde member of the GOGD.Once more digging through duplicates on an external drive and came across this cd comp from 1994. Some of the original vinyl is a bit rough but it remains a lovely slice of early Highlife.

^^^ @peterfrederics ^^^Glad you enjoyed The Plastic Cloud I just found that I didn't have a copy, rectified that now - cheers!I'm in and flying with Kraan! Must admit I didn't know you could podcast with Substack but then I'm not exactly technologically that literate.
"HEAR: 2-4" I had to think a little about that one ;-) Ah so the playlist acts like the phone app Shazam which frequently says, "let's try this again it's difficult!" or similar. I thought the playlist would have been manually generated by you. I …The archive is here.Hi @rostasi just to say I've listened to the latest two editions of random radio via th…(Quote)
Smooth Move! Also given that I've got about five books on the go, don't expect any startling revelations any time soon.

Yeah that's just it, I "know the story" but it's when you get all the details piling up. I always liked the Shut Up records much more than the later release but I'm at a loss to really know why. Anyway a treat for those who don't necessarily get on with his lyrics. I've just started reading Moon Unit's biograp…(Quote)
Rushed to get this just now only to find that I already owned it. Oops. The perils of a digital music collection! Still good heads up for those who haven't heard it.

Thanks for that, it's not as though artists owe their fans anything but when friends / colleagues are also left wondering. And to be a bit facile, hey we still have the music.
Fancy a nice long float? - this just in (again) from Steve RoachGreetings!

Though I think it may be OOP.

Thanks for this - I am myself proof that there is something in the Pennines water supply. I'm not allowed it any more, a bit like Oblix and the Magic Potion.

I don't know what the print run & digital distribution is for Audion but it's passingly funny that globally three of them, on three different continents, are on this small group. I think print is less than 500 and I doubt di…(Quote)

Agreed Walias is the boy for sure. Wished I'd known about the music back then but it wasn't until the late 90's for me.
