I've got 11 credits left to spend, so I'll be trying to find an album with 11 tracks later. Then I will go on hold for 90 days. This time I really do think it will be the end of the relationship with eMusic. I've been on hold several times before, e…

I've just bought some extra credit to download a couple of Nils Lofgren albums I'd discovered. Samples were playing fine etc. I've got the email saying that I have purchased the credit, but it has not been added to my account. Normally that is virtu…

Are they trying to upset all us 'oldies' so that we leave with our current plans, to be replaced by lots of new 'young' members willing to invest lots into Blockchain?

What a weird response. I've got no credit left so can't check if I can download too. Do they know something we do not know? Wouldn't surprise me.

Amc2 - It is almost 50 years since the White Album was released - November 1968, amazingly. To mark the occasion a new box set of alternate takes, outtakes etc is being released - see this Rolling Stone in What are you listening to right now? (17 Seconds of Cicadas) Comment by greg October 2018

That Live Aid album is £39.06 in the UK, but I am almost tempted even at that price. With boosters it would only cost me around £18-£20 in cash terms. At the time I recorded some of it onto cassette tape from FM radio - I did make a donation! The on…

I've been away for two weeks on holiday. On the flight home yesterday I was thinking whether or not eMusic would still be in business. Obviously they are - I hope it continues....

My nine year old granddaughter, born the day Obama was elected, regularly says things like "Grandad don't you know how to do that" in relation to, eg, Facebook and Social Media, even PowerPoint!

Yes, it is a bit macabre waiting for the end to come, expecting the inevitable. To me, it is all avoidance strategies hoping for the best. Emusic is like a poor parody of itself in terminal decline. I really wish it wasn't and hope I am wrong.
