I have got a CD player in my car but it is not that accessible (in the glove box) but i can play music from my iPod or iPhone with complete control. so I use that

Lots to follow up here. I too like owning the music, but I do occasionally stream, via Prime mainly, to listen to something I might or might not like to see if I want to buy it. Ideally I would buy CDs all the time, much better quality than download…

An inevitable Christmas present for me! -
I am looking at buying a new computer. One retailer suggested having a smaller solid state drive, with external drives only for, e.g., music and photoes. Does anyone operate this kind of system? How have you got on with it?I run two iPods off one iTunes library with no difficulty. It really is no different from attaching an iPod, iPad and iPhone.Yet another, what a year. RIP George Michael at 53. I thought after Rick Parfitt, surely no more this year....
