I've now tried everything that emusic suggests. I've taken off the download manager and reloaded, but still getting nowhere. A friend, who knows far more than me about computing, thinks it could be because their 'certificate' is out of date and the …

GP - I'll email your comments re iTunes to my daughter-in-law, who works in Apple's UK office. At the moment she's working on a project to do with films/video, but sits next to someone dealing with iTunes music. It'll probably only get added to the …

Way back this used to be a favourite that I played a lot. Kirsty McColl's early death robbed us of a great talent. I saw her play decades ago, a great evening. Billy Bragg is still around, but these days I see him on television in a political contex…

Many thanks dataguy. I've been reading through all the stuff on the help pages and trying a few things. I now seem to be linking in to an old version of download manager - version 4 I think, but it is getting nowhere too. I've got to go out very soo…

Thanks for the info. I've downloaded Firefox, and I'm still getting nowhere. All I get is a .emx file, and a list of the tracks on download manager, but then it goes no further. The credit is taken off my balance and I get re-try a few moments later…

Thanks BN - I'll try Firefox

I still cannot download - no response to my email or on message board. Interestingly, in the 24 hours since I posted a message over there, there have only been three messages added to their board.....

Anyone else having problems with downloading at the moment? A couple of people have picked up at the message board over there. I can't get anything to download for the last couple of days.

I went over to Windows 10 a couple of weeks ago. The only problems so far are that I can't seem to get emusic downloader to link with Chrome, although it is fine with Edge, and that the computer always goes to whoever used it last at start up, rathe…

It took me a while to move from CD to digital music, I still wanted to own the CD. Even now I will always buy,eg, Bruce Springsteen's releases on CD (although I am happy to download live shows). But the move from CD to digital has vastly expanded my…

I understand where you are coming from. I pay my £20 each month to emusic, download my 100 tracks, but very rarely do I play an album that much, and there are tracks that are still unplayed months afterwards. OK it is my own fault, I play music regu…

I saw him perform with both Nice and ELP. I preferred the work he did with Nice, by the time of ELP some of the live tracks were quite long. A great musician in his time.
