Yeah, Gioia is one of those people that I subscribed to his newsletter and quickly cancelled because his articles were coming from strange perspectives that I couldn’t agree with.

Well, the article is a bit superfluous now since it’s over 4 years old,
but as long as I’ve been using their software (close to 20 years and
over 3 million “scrobbles” now), the social part was not something I
ever used except to dro… -
