Grrrr, Colin Whitehead did a Bill Frisell overview. That should've been mine. Drats!
And to add insult to injury, he didn't mention my two favorite albums ("Quartet" and "Intercontinentals"), nor any mention of Ron Miles, who is probably Frisell's most important collaborator.
The sooner they make me the boss of emu, the better it will be for everyone.
I'm left wondering whether barking orders to the sheep and withdrawing their privileges would be noted as a decline or improvement in customer service.
Just an fyi, emusic allows me to reprint my articles on a personal blog 30 days after they're posted on the emusic site (and 17 dots). As a result, I've begun reprinting some of my older Jazz new arrivals recs, though I've been updating some of the language to reflect my opinions with the passing of time and additional album listens, as well as adding album art, album streams, and links to lots of places for more stuff.

Everything else seems about right, though.
It might be a nice resource.
