There is only one artist that I will go out to the nearest large town to buy a CD on the day of release. I could have downloaded it at half the price and then I paid more for the deluxe version, which I always do, to get two extra tracks, one of which I already have in another version. And I'll play it at least three times today....
Strange I thought I added The Beatles White album 90 minutes or so ago. I must have put it on another thread. Now about to start Wrecking Ball again for the second time today
It has been a while since a pop album got in amongst my ears like this. Bought largely on the strength of the freebie single 'Know Me', which I recommend.
Also, tip o' the hat to whoever posted this Sandra McCracken free album DL at Noisetrade, good stuff. (Thought this was in the free thread, but don't see it there...)
When we eventually get the majors in the UK on emusic, one of the things I will do before leaving, as the prices will inevitably increase, is to buy a booster to get some more early David Bowie mp3s, as much of my Bowie collection is still on LPs!

Joe Frawley - 13 Houses and the Mermaid. Dreamy scoundscape ambient. NYOP.
This is something I rarely play, but some good tracks.
Thanks Jonah
Update - I've still got three more tracks to play but I can already tell I'm going to play this a lot. If you liked Polar Expedition you'll like this!

- One of Terry Bozzio's many drumkits
Love this album's slaps and caresses.
Looks like they have a new album coming out next month.
Newly (last year) released tapes of Freddie in concert in 1980
Aluminum Forest, reading A Storm of Swords. I must say G. R. R. Martin is starting to make me regret starting these books....
