Springsteen is #1, Dylan is #4, and every other artist over 60 that released an album this year made the list. Also on the list? Green Day in the top 10, John Mayer, and the Band of Horses album that has been trashed by every review I've seen of it.
The Guardian have their lists here, with Frank Ocean at No1. They also have their top 5 folk/world albums, jazz albums and classical albums with Karine Polwart, Alexander Hawkins Ensemble, and Schoenberg: The Book of the Hanging Gardens; Berg: Altenberg Lieder; Beethoven: An die Ferne Geliebte, etc Gerhaher/Huber as their respective top choices. Top Song of the Year is Carly Rae Jepsen Call Me Maybe.
I'm not sure how many are on it yet because I'm working my way down the list via Spotify, but Amazon has a list of Outstanding 2012 Albums You May Have Missed. So far so good for me.
I don't know if anyone other than me ended up being interested in vaporwave, but Beer on the Rug's Bandcamp page has several of their albums available for free now, like Macintosh Plus, [][][][][][] Virtual and Mediafired, all on TMT's list above, and last time I checked they had been $9.99. Probably they're all set to be free, then go up to $9.99 when they hit the monthly download limit that Bandcamp sets.
I'm either a girl who updates her tumblr hourly or an elderly guy that everyone thinks is crazy. Which a guess somewhere in the middle of those two about fits.
And there are a lot of hyped albums this year that I haven't heard.
I like the list Doofy, not sure where I fit though as none of my favourites are there (although I like and have several), so I am probably an ageing Englishman trying to move beyond babyboomer music!

I don't know much on the albums on their lists outside of Tame Impala.
What I don't get is how everybody seems to be making fun of Taylor Swift's music these days but her album seems to be on a few end of year lists.
I also saw Rolling Stones released theirs, but I can't imagine it being even slightly relevant.
