7 tracks - now just 4!

edited November 2009 in General
I got 7 tracks left this month. The only thing that matches on my SFL is Miles Davis's Bags' Groove. Any other suggestions or should I just go for it and quit being a baby?

  • The only 7 track album I have in my SFL is: Iron & Wine and Calexico.

    7 is a tough number.

  • weird; I have Bag's Groove in my sfl too. (yes I'm back there)

Tarot Sport is 7 tracks. If you're into that sort of thing.
  • CD 2 : Sweep The Leg Johnny Live
is pretty damn lively math/jazz/punk that does a fine job of getting the blood flowing, it is only six tracks though.....

CD 1 seems to be well received and does have 7 tracks, but I haven't heard this one.
  • After listening to the freebie from the new Do Make Say Think (did I get the order right?) I picked up the other 3 tracks. So now I'm down to 4 - thinking that I Monster's Dear John EP.

Thanks for the other recs (although I already have the Iron & Wine/Calexico :P )
  • I had a feeling you would have that one, but it was all I had! Work with me here!

  • Mainliner is on my list - 3 tracks - Japanese guitar noise.
  • Bang on a Can All-Stars - "Brian Eno: Music for Airports" - A collective of New York musicians and composers dedicated to modern works do a very fun job of performing Eno's Music for Airports live.

You could try this intriguing new release by Bellows, called "The Troop EP". Nice moody guitar stuff, not far away from the Do Make Say Think earlier stuff. The only reason I'm holding off on this is that this is an EP before their main release early next year, and I don't want to double up any tracks.

but seriously, in the new emusic environment, the how-shall-I-use-up-my-last-downloads game just ain't as fun as it used to be. DLs are a more precious commodity now. Find something you really want, use your last dls on part of the album and pick up the rest when you refresh.
    Cheers.
