    i'm very depressed (2011 was bad for us and 2012 looks empty ... ) and i needed to post / repost this ...


    Makunouchi Bento is looking for standalone concerts/festivals ( in Europe and actually everywhere is possible ) and cultural projects / colabs.
    If you can help - please do so ! We have very resonable fees and we dont act like cocks.

    yep - kickstarter is usa only :(
    Brighternow - i will contact those 2 venues - but most of the times there is no reply.
    the idea is to find friends that could link us with venues they know as friends :)
    ( other ways doesnt seem to work :(

    We're happy when comes the time to release something from somebody we don't know, and we've met a lot of people doing that in the past year. Sometimes, though, you get an email from an old friend and you get stuck with a smile only a huge fan can have.
    Felix & Valentin have been with us for a long time now, their first contribution to camomille being about 7 years ago. Everytime they have something new out, we kind of get ecstatic. ( you definitely need to check out their latest opus " swim

    Listening to Rinbo now, and it is great. The Japanese monster influence is clear, and fits with the overall Makunouchi Bento feel fantastically.

    i ( again ) HIGHLY reccomend to listen Rinbo and Swime on good cans (headphones).
    a LOT of details are lost even on good speakers. ( we tried ... )

    i can also tip you for some cheap yet very good headphones i've found:
    Samson SR850 ( are infact AKG knockoffs ) - around 35 euro here.
