She played at my local theatre on Friday night, she gave a brilliant 2 hour show and did a great meet and greet afterwards. A real star, bought this on the night.
Guvera has slowly but surely been turning me into a Charles Lloyd fan. Most of the albums have not given me that immediate "wow, I love this" reaction, but I keep finding that when I get chance to listen to something (all too rarely these last couple of weeks) my mind goes "I want to hear some Charles Lloyd". It's like eating something that you think is just pleasantly enjoyable the first time, rather than your new favorite food, but then you find yourself getting cravings for it.

- I will not miss her.

- Edward Ka-Spel.
A random blast from the not too distant past. Listening to this because I checked my amazon cloud to see if I had Dark Side of the Moon because of the amazon sale thread (I did) and this was near it. I like it.
