A promo CD for a trio (or album) (or both) called Àrid.
It's from the same dude that's part of the nifty Bridges Trio.
Two guitars and a drummer. Mix of mod jazz, folk and rock... which is pretty much the same formula for Bridges Trio. So far, so good.
Definitely check out the last two Bridges Trio albums. Their last one, can't remember what it was called, but it featured a guest spot from saxophonist Chris Cheek. And the one before that, titled "Mons" (or, perhaps, "Mans") is really really good.
The current CD is now covering Neil Young's "Old Man." Interesting.
Checking out the track listing. I see a song title of "River Man." No idea if this is the Nick Drake song or, for that matter, if Nick Drake actually had a song called "River Man."
Y'know, this post has me thinking about a new thread. It's something I wanted to do on my own site, but decided against.
Piano and Guitar duo album I got from Amie Street and have always loved; it's available at bandcamp (link above) but unfortunately he's charging $10 for it which seems a bit much for an unknown. It's worth a stream though. I could see jazz fans here liking it. Anyway, I like.

I did love that album; I haven't listened in a while, I should pull it out again.
Mermonte - Audiorama
Been way too long since I've listened to this one.

Riverside - Shrine of New Generation Slaves
Excellent if no longer free sampler. Great choice for you lucky ducks with $100 eMu credits. Not that I'm envious or anything
Craig
Spock's Beard - Brief Nocturnes and Dreamless Sleep
It seems to be a prog day.
Muddies things up w/lots of genres. Not unlike Ocular Concern.

Kenny was part of some pretty good line-ups
This is growing on me. Pun intended, but really it is growing on me.
I forgot I had this, love this group, Mrs Lowife is not too fond of them

Found this on one of Jonahpwll's lists - enjoying it a lot, thanks!
Janek Schaefer - In The Last Hour
ETA, this one's $3.96 on Google Play.
I didn't get Wake Up to Find Out for Christmas, but surprisingly this show is still available on internet archive.
