I just finished the 33 1/3 book about Low; I love that series, it helps me enjoy albums in a new way. The book mentioned the Scott Walker songs above near the end too.
Name your price @ Bandcamp and with the wonderful wonderful late Bob Pisdoor on guitar and sitar: Legendary Pink Dots - The Maria Sessions Volume 2 "1990.It begins with a Sunday morning session in a tiny club called Lysverket in Oslo .The audience consisted of Casper and Inga who promoted The Dots show from the night before. The seeds of Maria were already sprouting and this session gave tantalising glimpses of the tree that was to come.
Shift the focus South....The barn at Klaverland,a tape that was always rolling. If "The Right Setting" sounds a little familiar ,don't worry about it-this unedited session is back home again.hence, the title."
- Edward Ka-Spel.
I'm so behind on new releases that I only recently picked this one up. Maybe not as good as their debut, but a more complete album than their sophomore release.
