Is he the Stephan Micus of Mediaeval music possibly?

I thought of Eduardo Paniagua as the poor man's Jordi Savall, but they are both prolific Spanish Mediaeval music specialists. Both well worth the time if you enjoy the genre.

My favorite era for reggae - the "Front Line" era.
All of the amazing greats. I fondly remember getting
promos from Virgin records in the days before they
had a US office - just LPs with promo bios and the
occasional personal letter from the secretary saying,
"hope you like this." A smaller collection has been
released in the past, but these are 5 discs with a
great looking and informative booklet on its history.
You can hear the variety at the pic-link above. Discogs

  • Yeah, the version of Cut I have has "Grapevine".  Really great cover.  I've been hitting the British post punk pretty hard the last couple weeks.

Probably about time for me to have another reggae stretch.

    Well, this one:

is rather limited since it's only a single Gregory Whitehead 20-minute work,
but the other two nicely blend throughout the house (along with The Residents too).
  • Hungry Lucy - Glō

Google Music was being annoying so I went back to my on-disk music and rediscovered this. CC-BY-NC-SA, free download.

@Lowlife - yes the best team on the day won. I would have liked to see a consolation gaol for Harry Kane though to help keep my six year old grand daughter happy. She probably won't speak to me when I pick her up from after school football club tonight!

rostasi - seeing your mention of Front Line the other day reminded me of a few Front Line albums I picked up from Guvera, so pulled them out. Admit to jealousy of receiving them as early copies!
  • To Pimp A Butterfly
Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly

Surprise early release.  There is a lot going on here.  Going to take several listens.
