@confused That John Cage - Music for Merc Cunningham was one of the first cds that I bought. Somewhere I think I have some of the others in the series, probably bought at Emusic.
Jazz & Beyond, a thought provoking and engaging musical journey starting from acoustic jazz and cinematic compositions driven by mood and sound effects moving to a genre-bending sound with contemporary production, groove and songwriting.
We recently bought a Honda Odyssey which I mentioned somewhere doesn’t even have a CD player so I really need to get this on my phone or something because, Odyssey, and because I think the kids will like it.
A nice chill synthwave album available for $1 on Bandcamp- worth checking out
Just like our Renault Zoe, amc! I've now worked out how to link my iPod via Bluetooth. Our other car, an Audi A3 has a CD player but it is in a ridiculous position in the Glovebox - really only useful to load the Sat Nav data, but I've got a direct lead for my iPod there.
I'm currently finishing the Grace Kelly album above, nice would be a good descriptor!!
Initially a combination of two of Lebanon's most active and longest standing groups, JKAVO was founded when Scrambled Eggs (punk-rock band founded in 1998) & "A" Trio (free improv trio founded in 2002) joined forces and mixed styles to record "Beach Party at Mirna el-Chalouhi" in January 2009. . .
Boxhead Ensemble, an impromptu project of the Chicago rock avantgarde, involved members of Tortoise, Gastr Del Sol, Eleventh Dream Day plus Will Oldham, Jim O'Rourke, Edith Frost and Ken Vandermark, all assembled by composer Michael Krassner in 1996 to score the soundtrack for the film Dutch Harbor. Krassner continued to record with the revolving group of musicians to put out the albums Two Brothers (2001), Quartets (2003) and Nocturnes (2006.)
