@Brighternow For What Its Worth viz YC on Greg's post. All the broadband suppliers in the UK leach their signal off British Telecom lines - even a mega big player like Sky. So each will blame the other for lack of service. The one exception to this that I know of is Virgin Media who use their own fibre-optic cable. My own experience tells me this is no more reliable BUT BT don't even offer 100% coverage of super fast broadband in the middle of London thus I went with Virgin. You probably didn't need to know that ;-)
We've had two new member applications in the last two days (and I've approved a steady trickle since the demise of the old emusic board). I am going to be on planes a lot for the next few days; if others with moderator access could keep an eye on applicants (they flag on the little cog in the top left corner), that would be great. Maybe you're doing that already, just thought I'd head off potential frustration for joiners.
- "Wow!!! Funky. Dental. Melodical. Conversational. Respirational. I guess
what I'm trying to say is that I had such a sense of continuous
breathing and percussive vocalizing even when no human voice present. Is
it your best work yet? Five billion places where others would stretch,
you move on because you have so much to say. And then you get to these
wide open spaces . . . "
