I use a set of smart playlists to rotate music I haven't heard lately onto and off of the iPod. Important to set to shuffle "by album." It's fun to go through and see what albums I haven't listened to lately. I do have to delay gratification sometimes when I want to hear an album that's not there...I have a couple manual playlists I use for that purpose.
I haven't listened to this for years, since I last had a record turntable. I came accross it in a CD sale recently. Still sounds as good as it did decades ago.
