I've been playing several of these long, free compilations today. As expected some tracks I really like, some I wonder whether I'll keep them, but many in-between.
@Greg - yes, thanks so much for discovering that Asa album. It is soooo good. I really like the variety of songs presented, and ALL of it is just excellent. I think you should write an MiG review about it.
@BT - yes, Dan Laurin is excellent. I remember Bissie recommending that one way back in the good ol' days! By the way, does Bissie still contribute to the emusic messageboard sometimes? He's great. We need more like him in the recording business.
Kez - in answer to your emusic message board query - No, he does not. Other than a small handful of people, does anyone contribute to the emusic message board? No, it is almost the end. Somedays there are only 4 or 5 contributions all day, rarely about music
