Well, going through customer service on a Friday night seemed like a bad idea. I tried adding the tracks one at a time and I'm happy to say I've now heard the last 20 seconds of each track without interruptions. I'm really looking forward to hearing the whole album. I've not been much of an album player over the years but spending time with the vinyl these last few winters has reminded me how much i enjoy just getting lost in the listen.
Wow, that really was a terrific listen! The download hassle only makes it more memorable... Great guitar and that bass had me searching for more John Hébert. I thought I'd give this a go...
Ps - i just realized I forgot to enable scrobbling. also -I just wanted to mention that this was another terrific trio (even with no guitar)
Something new We Will Fail - Hand That Heals / Hand That Bites Thanks.
ps - I really enjoyed the listen although I didn't quite get why Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee & others popped into that healing hand (darned computers?). Have I mentioned I have a soft spot for that techno beat. Well, I do.
Darned computers. Same problem as that Rez Abbasi. I removed the itunes tracks, readded them one at a time and presto no Sonny Terry nor Brownie McGhee. I know for sure that the Hand That Heals will get a better rating this time.
