Here's a bit of a strange occurrence on Soundcloud
A number of Mayo Thompson's The Red Krayola historical albums is available for streaming. some of them should've been uploaded 21 years ago ! (Soundcloud was launched in 2008), and the major part has never been played.

UK multi-instrumentalist Aaron Moore and Norwegian experimental musician Erik K Skodvin
first started collaborating in 2012. Since then they’ve maintained a
continuous working relationship, albeit remotely, with Skodvin’s label
Miasmah releasing Moore's work with Volcano The Bear in a 2015 box set.
The pair make music together by exchanging solo improvisations on
piano, cello, drums, harp, vocals and homemade instruments via email.
This file sharing eventually led to the completion of their first LP
together, Instead Of Rain I Bring A Hat, due to be released on 6 July via the French label Hands In The Dark.

Highly synergistic split from ELEH/Caterina Barbieri featuring two sides of similar audio dimensions. These two electronic sound poems slowly unfurl rich timbre and harmonics with an austere stillness that is, somehow, ever-changing. It hardly matters whose side is whose.

"Born Again In The Voltage" is an astonishing collection of electro-acoustic pieces for Buchla 200 system, cello and voice composed and produced by Caterina Barbieri at Elektronmusikstudion (SE) between 2014 and 2015.
One of the most wonderful phenomena in the world of improvised music is that players can come together with little more than an introduction and proceed to create work in which they rapidly forge common ground. Few words need to be spoken, as sound transcends all manner of cultural differences.
@soulcoal I'm looking forward to that, and glad Orrin is still putting out his own stuff after joining the Bad Plus. I think his string of Smoke Sessions is really strong.
