On the positive side, RareNoiseRecords just posted to an earlier thread on the eMu subreddit forum saying they are still alive and well and weren't sure why some late 2018 releases never showed up. After some investigation, they seem to have found the problem at 7Digital and now @jonahpwll 's Bird Is The Worm 2018 jazz album of the year is available on eMusic :-)
For those of you who like early 70s Krautrock, the label OHR is well worth a listen. There are albums by Witthuser & Westrupp, Annexus Quam, Birthcontrol, Mythos, Walpurgis, Floh de Cologne, Guru Guru and Broselmaschine.
Supersister - rated by Progarchives as the top Dutch 1970s Progressive Rock band and one of the top globally. eMusic has their best albums including "Present from Nancy", "To the Highest Bidder" and "Pudding en Gisteren".
Some crossover, classically-tinged orchestral jazz from a perhaps under-appreciated UK composer, Mike Westbrook, who had a nice recent write-up in the Guardian:
ACT is still there, no new releases after last August, though. My advice would be to get anything from them while you can!!
Update - I've been taking my own advice, I've been through the ACT catalogue and downloaded 6 albums including three from EST, including two double albums
I notice that Naxos of America are the distributor for ACT in USA. So, would guess that ACT is only still there as it was over looked when Naxos of America pulled all the content they distribute.

Yes, that differentiation became clear when Naxos left last fall. My guess is that they have a different distributor in Europe, and that's why the old catalogue for ACT, while not updating, still exists overseas. Intakt is the same situation - gone (when ACT disappeared) in the US, but still available in Europe (or at least until yesterday - not sure if they got zapped. Pirouet and Rarenoise also went away yesterday). If you are looking for jazz amongst the rubble, I would also check songlines, ESP Disk', Gondwana, Cellar Live and Jazz Engine (which seems to be some alter-ego of Auand).
Well, I couldn't help but notice that @Plong42 mentioned in another thread that For Tune had disappeared for him, but luckily for us Canadians I still see 107 releases. It's a very interesting Polish label that I've been sampling and at 49 cents(less discount)/track there's some real deals to be had.
@confused- Yet another advantage of living in Canada.
I found them through the Bester Quartet, the most recent incarnation of the Crakow Klezmer Band, they did two or three albums on John Zorn's Book of Angels project. Ironically one of the first things I found I eMu.
I had about a dozen of their releases before they disappears. There are some samplers on Bandcamp for NYOP. I think it everything is available on Bandcamp, at least much of the 100+ releases are there.
This Sibelius set is there, along with many other things on the Berlin Classics label. Reviews of this cycle are pretty good at Amazon (US), where it's a bargain
Also on the Acrobat label is this 6 disc monster - how much I need this I don't know but it's deep and as I journey into oldfartitude I find archival collections more appealing. Not to mention that at 1/2 price it works out to about 2 1/2 cents per song. https://www.emusic.com/album/198605963/Various-Artists/Americas-No-1s-Of-The-40s
I mean, I knew Don Cherry had an incredibly varied career, but this is a side of him that I never knew about! eMusic has them listed together, of course. This one sang with Ray Coniff, who has never before been mentioned on the eMusers board, I bet...

Dang. Here I was all ready to bail but I bought a small booster for this one that has somehow escaped my attention - Johnny Moore's Three Blazers. Many of these have Charles Brown on vocals - they were together for a number of years- I have some of these but it is good bedrock blues/R&B. https://www.emusic.com/album/197249489/Johnny-Moores-Three-Blazers/The-Singles-Collection-1945-52
