Thanks to doofy's post in the Freshly Dropped thread - I was always a fan of the Vampisoul label (both volumes of Back To Peru amongst my faves), but this Flipper Psychout album had escaped my attention - and only $4.40 to boot. Awesome funky cheesy instrumentals if you're into that kind of thing - a veritable catalog of vintage guitar effects - dig. Thanks, doofy.
Just had my second consecutive pair of Klipsch S4i earbuds have one ear fail within weeks. Thank goodness for the Best Buy replacement plans - definitely worth it on small things that break often. Going to try a different model now, though.
Christina Dahl, mezzo-soprano
Niels Ole Bo Johansen, trombone
Wayne Siegel, electronics
Anne-Mette Skovbjerg, guitar
Wayne Siegel (b. 1953) - "Is a Californian composer who settled in Denmark and is a pioneer of the interaction between computers and acoustic instruments. The title work of this CD is constructed solely from the voice of a singer which has been transformed into percussive elements, pitches and melodies. Other intriguing effects on this album include electronic canons, layering and delayed echoes all putting the acoustic solo instruments into new and exciting perspectives."

This was a vinyl rip with proper tags that was uploaded to amazon to see if they would upgrade it; they didn't; but I really like the sound of this vinyl rip oddly enough. I think I did this on my old computer shortly before I fried its sound card. Ok there are a couple skips.
