Don't get me wrong about the printer, btw - it's only one of those 13"x19"-capable HP 8000-series units, not a poster printer (like a Designjet 755) or anything like that. TBH, the files you're uploading probably aren't big enough (resolution-wise) to justify a poster printout, though I will say that they'd probably still look better than most of the posters I have on the walls now, including most of the framed ones!
Oil paint on pine boards. The semi-vertical lines visible in some of the pictures is the crack between two boards. If you look in the lower right-hand corner of No. 427, you can see the screws that it's bolted into the wall with.
Yeah, I guess at 300 dpi you'd get about a 4x5 picture; most of these were shot with my iphone. A few earlier on were with my little Cannon digital camera, but it still wouldn't be much to print with.
I think a rebranded Designjet 755 is one of the ones I used to work with.
Yeah, I renamed it, now it works. You can probably rename it yourself to whatever you want it to be (the gear at the very top of the page does it.) If not, any admin can do it for you.
