Anyway, just because I don't like to be totally off-topic, here's a short-but-sweet electro-ambient cover of the Beatles' "Because" by SPC ECO, released a couple of months ago as their annual Christmas single.
trolling utube (last night at this same time I was was sampling Black Sabbath and AC/DC shows from the late '70s), reliving my misspent youth... a band (and song) that is still very near/dear to my heart: 99 Red Balloons
I was looking at Van Morrison's new album on Amazon. It is yet another aged rock star doing some of his earlier songs as duets. Relevant to BN's post is that one of his tracks is Whatever Happened to P J Proby? The interesting thing is that he duets it with the said P J Proby.
