[align=center] "This is not an album. It is a collection of sketches, though surprisingly finished ones, that were recorded during the work on THE BUNNY album and show. So you may recognize some of the titles but you won't recognize the treatments, unless you purchased this as a CD on the Ralph On-Demand web site. If you bought that you will NOT find anything additional here, in fact this is considerably reduced to only the best, the beast, of OZARK."
Just popped up at eMu! Have been keeping an eye out for this since reading this Peter Margasak column last year. (The eMu release is on a different label than the reissue reviewed here)
Well, yeah, it's certainly possible that Wyatt
could get some kind of new inspiration in the future,
but he's always had a difficult time making albums -
plus, I think there's maybe a kind of inner-journey
bent to his decision: he'll be 70 in January; married
for 40 years; a biography just released; stronger
interest in politics and so on.

Now playing: Robert Wyatt - Discussion with Tony Herrington and Audience at London's Cafe Oto (April 12, 2012)
I got a chance to go to the Record Store yesterday, and I couldn't decide what to get. They started playing this in-store and it sounded good so I got it. All I really know about it is it's the guy formerly known as Toro y Moi.
One of the best compilations of electronic music ever made. It's now been made available again via the Wolf Fifth collection as acquired by UbuWeb.:

Another of those albums that I downloaded, played once and then forgot....

I thought I'd spend the rest of the day with just some of his work.
I'll believe that when he dies someday and hasn't made any music in the interim.

Can't remember how this got onto my list of things to check out. It's OK. Overall effect a bit muddy at times.
