    William Tyler - "Modern Country"

Same here, lovely stuff; I'm still chewing on his 2013 album Impossible Truth which probably recommended to me here.
  • And while I'm at it. (I've forgotten how to embed the url in the picture, or has it changed?)

Well, I'm in from the garden and wondering where to end. Lesley Flanigan came up early on the rotation, which reminded me how much I'd like to hear People Get Ready again. They didn't come up in the mix, so to increase the odds I just added this .

    from 2012

Ps- A great end to a terrific day!

Well, almost. Just trying to finish up. @Brighternow recently reminded me of Metric and I see I they only exist on the broken hard drive so, I'd like this mix to continue.

Their debut album that was recorded from 1999 to 2001, but never commercially released before. New to me June 4.

ps. I'm really not sure when this was released but it was a great first listen, 3 to 4 minutes (or so)  of great pop music.

    Baeshi Bang - various recordings

Jazz ensemble dives into the songbook of 60's K-pop singer Bae Ho.  Interesting project.

  • Flume - Skin

I think I may like this better than his first, and I rather enjoyed that album.

  • Seven Storey Mountain V

It really does get back to Copland, before it is all over!
  • Grateful Dead - 1976-06-04, Paramount Theatre, Portland.

Didn't get to listen to the whole thing Saturday so I'm already behind. Nice "Friend of the Devil".

  • Currently reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to the boy at bed time, so...

@amclark2 - Right?  I'm not sure there's a more random object to name your band after that still fits so well.

  • Animal Collective - 2005-02-25, Bowery Ballroom, NYC

Available at the Internet Archive. This was a couple of months before I saw them in Buffalo and it's really good.
