So I'm pulling together a playlist to listen to in the Netherlands. As far as I have been able to discover, the Dutch artists represented in my collection are:
Michael Borstlap Roland Emile Kuit Simeon Ten Holt Unico Wilhelm von Wassenaer Easily Embarrassed Orlando de Lassus Machinefabriek
I can't think what else I am missing. Seems a modest list. Who should my next Dutch artist be?
ETA, and following up with:
(good price at emusic) (ETA2 but the file download is broken so I can only stream it!)

Great, thanks for the suggestions! Jaap Blonk is the only name I know there I think. @Brighternow, I just had a failed download at emusic from that label - time will tell if their other releases are also broken...

Always thought of Koenig (and Boehmer for that matter) as more German than Dutch composers, but I suppose they could be included in a pinch. There was a nice response to the Vink that I showed a link to here a few weeks ago.

Well, I thought I'd join in too. @Brighternow put me on to this last year and although it's noisy it was certainly interesting. Time for another listen while I do some hunting through my itunes for some other Dutch folks. From the New & Notable thread
ETA. Le cavalier blanc is my stand-out, but still enjoy them all.
Some years ago I downloaded this album and I recall that the Frits Weiland track was one of the stand-outs.
Well, I almost forgot about an old favourite - Nits.
ETA ps. Urk's on the broken drive, so next fave It's also been years since I visited In A Cabin With which features Dutch musicians. Quite enjoyed most of what I had downloaded.
more ps. Michel Banabila, I've really really enjoyed everything I've heard so far and look forward to adding this one from Emusic once I can get logged back in. Seems like the perfect time!

This
is a demo recording, done with a virtual piano. It was submitted to be
performed at the 2016 International Computer Music Conference, but not
accepted.
