Complete Studio Recordings by Mississippi John Hurt: I took half the tracks with my Guvera/EMI 31. That should be enough to get started on the whole collection, or have enough to be interesting if I move on to something else.
And just how is it that this isn't available digital? (well, not legally anyway). It's the twenty-freakin'-first century! We should be spoiled rotten by now. Anything ever recorded should be a couple clicks and an electronic payment away. You can get it with two clicks if you want to steal it, but getting it honestly is a no-go, apart from used CDs.

So far I am enjoying the change of pace.
Baker.
Bakersfield.
Like a less angry and poppy Atari Teenage Riot.

I love this band. Rocking blues from Minnesota. Plus they're named after Cool Hand Luke, so they've got that going for them.

but it didn't end up in that last post, did it?
Paul Dresher/ Ned Rothenberg: Opposites Attract - (New World Records 1992) Linernotes.
Still cheap at Amie Street...
Bit the bullet yesterday and spent almost half my downloads on it. I didn't have a copy (Legacy Edition or otherwise), so it was worth it.

It's a guitars kind of morning.

@Dr. Mutex, I had completely forgotten about that in the intervening 20 years since reading about it in high school. :-S
