This has turned out to be one of my eMu purchases that I've listened to as many times over the many years as any I can think of - for a five piece band playing live they have a huge sound and they were really hanging it out over the edge that day.
BDB - I wish I could say I was there. I had a friend who went, but I was a hard up student doing a summer job, who would not release me, and I needed the work for the rest of the summer vacation. According to Wikipedia I missed
@greg- too bad on that. The only thing about Isle Of Wight for me has always been the kind of depressing Jimi Hendrix set - huge Jimi fan but it was not his finest hour and he just didn't look very happy. I missed some confab the year before, what was it called - oh yeah, Woodstock. I was only 15 however and it's just as well my buddy and I didn't try it as we had wanted. After I saw the movie with the mud and especially the Porta-Potty scenes I didn't regret the decision so much.
