If you click on @emusic helps in one of their tweets to bring up their profile you can then click on the head and shoulder icon and it's the second option.
@Greg - you should delete that tweet with your email address in it - you just broadcast your email address publicly. You should instead send a direct message to emusichelps with your email address, that's private.
@Brighternow - are you following emusic helps and have they followed you back? You have to have that in place for direct messaging to work. You're not allowed to direct message people who are not following you. Maybe that's why it does not appear?

I have to mention my new favorite -@StealthMountain, who simply corrects people who misuse the phrase "sneak peak". Definite time waster, but I think it's hilarious in concept and execution - especially some of the responses he gets.

just below #eMusicThanks (in red) there's 3 icons. Answer, retweet and ad to favourites. It would make sense that it's the first one.
