@rostasi I'll confess I rarely find time to do more than occasionally dip into your RR mixes, but this one caught my eye and I'm off purchasing before it's a few minutes old. I really enjoyed that opening Planet Scanners piece. It reminded me a little of Jah Wobble's Solaris (maybe unrelaiably, I should go back and check). I'm just taking a break from whoever's being murdered with brass accompaniment in the second track to check out their bandcamp.

Well @rostasi RR 097 was a blast and as I said on the Mixcloud feed it got me thinking about buying the new Audion issue (the RR tracks are all heavily Audion centred including work by the Freeman bothers themselves) Having done that and started in on the pdf of the magazine it got me listening to their first featured group.
Sort of Canturbury / RIO out of Argentina.
btw Chris Conway of Planet Scanners used to write a lot of reviews for Audion.
Yes, it’s Audion centered. Their recent availability was the catalyst for the mix. It mixes the cosmic with Canterbury jazz-rockism (the earlier reference to the Brainstorm “Smile a While” album track that sounds a bit like early Gong). Glad you enjoyed it. I’m sometimes surprised by the comments I get - mainly because they’re for mixes I wouldn’t expect to make much of an impact - and the opposite happens too: I’ve been surprised, for instance, that a particular conventional-style mix will have no listeners at all (and of course, no comments). If what is heard makes someone seek out more, then that’s a good thing methinks.

Looks very interesting.
Gonna give it some more time tonight.

Don't think over 8 hours listening will happening but what a great album, its good to catch up on it.
